Mr. Fehm is the Vice President of Operational Excellence at 3 Boomerang Capital, LP, where he drives value creation initiatives across portfolio companies. Before joining 3BC, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, a leading global management consulting firm, where he advised life sciences clients across Europe, the Middle East, and North America on operational transformations, profitability improvement, and strategic growth. During his tenure at McKinsey, Mr. Fehm was a core leader in the firm’s Operations Practice, where he helped establish dedicated service lines focused on small-cap pharma M&A and clinical supply excellence, and led the Life Sciences Services Providers service line. Mr. Fehm holds a Diploma in Theoretical Physics with distinction, a Master of Engineering Physics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Ph.D. in Physics from the Technical University of Munich.
