Mr. Steedman is a Vice President of 3 Boomerang Capital, LP. Prior to joining 3BC, Michael was a member of the investment team at PSG Equity, a global growth equity firm with over $30 billion in AUM. At PSG, Mr. Steedman focused on investments in software and tech-enabled services businesses. Before PSG, he was a healthcare investor at Great Point Partners, where he worked alongside 3BC team members Adam Dolder, Adam Elberg, and Ashhab Thakur. Mr. Steedman began his career at Brentwood Capital Advisors and focused on transactions in healthcare information technology and services. He has invested in or supported investments in over 15 businesses including Loopback Health, Velentium, SteriPack, and American Medical Staffing. Mr. Steedman is on the deal team for Pinnaql. He graduated with an MBA in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded a Joseph Wharton Fellowship, and a B.A. in Mathematics and Chinese from Washington and Lee University. He is a CFA Charterholder.
