Mrs. Takaj is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of 3 Boomerang Capital. Mrs. Takaj has more than 15 years of financial industry experience. She has established and structured multiple investment advisor businesses throughout her career. Prior to joining 3 Boomerang in November 2022 Mrs. Takaj was CFO & CCO at Metavasi Capital, an SEC Registered Global Long Short Equity investment advisory firm, where she built and ran the firm’s infrastructure, financial control and compliance program as well as launched a Private Equity SPV. She was also an active member on the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, Executive, Valuation and Best Execution Committees. Before Metavasi Capital, Mrs. Takaj was the CFO & CCO at Artha Capital, a multi asset class emerging markets hedge fund. She spent the last 6 years at Artha Capital focusing on Investment Advisor business operations while managing all aspects of fund accounting, operations and compliance. Prior to Artha Capital, she supervised a small team of Investment Data Specialist at Fischer Francis Trees and Watts, a BNP Paribas Investment Partner. Mrs. Takaj graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Mercy College.
